Mulberry House in Bovey Tracey is looking for confident and caring Senior Care Assistants to join the team covering Night Shifts.
A senior carer normally has worked previously as a care assistant and is now ready to take on more responsibility. You will still work closely with the vulnerable adults and deliver hands-on care but you will also be leading and guiding a team of carers. You will build solid relationships and trust with the vulnerable service users, sometimes in challenging situations. You will be trained in more advanced aspects of care such as medication administration and more documentation.
About You
- NVQ 3 or equivalent (or at least working towards)
- An excellent level of English
- A warm & friendly personality
- A good communicator
