Brunswick House Nursing Home in Gloucester is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly & dynamic individual to join the team as our Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator.
Summary Of The Role
As a Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator, you will curate, organise and participate in a varied and exciting activities schedule for residents, which they can enjoy and which will enhance their wellbeing and quality of life. Your daily routine will be to offer a range of activities throughout the day, taking into account the abilities and preferences of each resident at the home. In this rewarding role you will be in charge of organising outside entertainment, seasonal parties and outings throughout the year. You will also need to arrange fundraising events to encourage involvement with the local community. There is an element of paperwork to this role so you must be able to keep records effectively.
About You
- No formal qualifications required although previous care experience is beneficial
- A good level of English
- A bubbly & friendly personality
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to use a camera
- Basic computer skills
- Record keeping skills
Salary: £13.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
