ABOUT YOU
- NVQ Level 5
- At least seven years’ experience in the care sector.
- Experience as a Manager or several years as a Deputy in a care home environment.
- A calm, supportive, and motivating leader.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Clear, friendly communication style.
- Confident in managing budgets and supporting occupancy.
- Committed to high standards of care and teamwork.
Salary: £45,000 -£50,000 dependent on experience
