ABOUT YOU

  • NVQ Level 5
  • At least seven years’ experience in the care sector.
  • Experience as a Manager or several years as a Deputy in a care home environment.
  • A calm, supportive, and motivating leader.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Clear, friendly communication style.
  • Confident in managing budgets and supporting occupancy.
  • Committed to high standards of care and teamwork.

Salary: £45,000 -£50,000 dependent on experience
