- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating material concerns through appropriate governance channels.
- Maintain financial tracking and reporting for allocated projects, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and internal control frameworks.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure clarity of roles, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Support controlled implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations following project delivery.
- Provide structured reporting into portfolio governance forums to maintain transparency and delivery confidence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and other requirements (e.g., Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, Health and Safety, UKVI, Equality and Diversity) in all working practices.
- Perform other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis as reasonably required.
Person Specification – Essential Criteria Only
- Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, APM, Agile PM) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Formal training in risk management, governance frameworks, or financial control (or equivalent experience).

- Experience managing enterprise system implementations.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and multi-stakeholder delivery.

- Experience delivering digital or technology-enabled change within complex organisations.
- Strong organisational and planning capability with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate calmly and structurally under delivery pressure.
