A bit about what you will do…
The Buckinghamshire offers one of the most beautiful landscapes around, we are now looking for a Qualified Greenkeeper to join our team to support the Golf Course Manager with delivering these high standards.

To help maintain our fleet of machinery through safe and correct use of the equipment and prestart checks.
- Mowing all playing surfaces using both ride on and pedestrian machinery.
- Carrying out all aspects of bunker maintenance including raking, weeding, levelling, and strimming.
- Ensuring all our on-course water hazards are always presented well.
- Blowing to ensure the golf course is tidy.
- Repairing any wear caused by golfers and pests.
- Changing holes
- Rolling greens
- Top dressing
- Aeration work
- To assist with renovation procedures such as scarifying
- Overseeding
- Hand watering
- Fertilizing playing surfaces when needed.
- Winter projects
- To be courteous to our members and answer any questions they may have while on the course.
- To identify and notify senior members of staff about any disease or damage.
More about you…
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years greenkeeping
- PA1, PA2 & PA6 desirable
- Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must work in a way that abides to all health and safety legislation.
- Be able to follow instruction and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time keeping
- Be able to work 1 in 3 weekends all year round.
