SEN Office Manager – Holmer Green Senior School Holmer Green Senior School is looking to appoint a permanent, full-time, SEN Office Manager to support in the leadership of our committed team of specialist staff in the Learning Support Department and our Additionally Resourced Provision for Speech and Language. Term time only: Yes Salary Type: Bucks pay Contract type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Interviews to be held: Friday 20th June 2025 About us Holmer Green is a popular 11 to 18 school with 1000+ students (100+ in the Sixth Form) and is expanding. As a school we are in the top 10% of schools nationally for KS4 progress and in the top 5% of schools nationally for KS5 progress. As part of our expansion plan we now have a range of new modern facilities. We can offer 8 staff training days (not the 5 you find in most schools), a two week October half term, professional development of a high standard. We take our staff well-being seriously and offer weekly activities, like team sports and a brand new fitness suite. To oversee the day-to-day operations of the SEN department, ensuring effective administrative support for the SENCO and wider team. To coordinate communication between staff, parents, carers, and external agencies, supporting the delivery of inclusive education for students with special educational needs. To manage and maintain accurate SEN records, support EHCP processes, and contribute to the efficient deployment of resources.
