About the role

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive environment, working within clear school behaviour systems and strong SLT support.
  • Adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and student needs.
  • Monitor and support student progress through feedback and assessment.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff and leadership.
  • Teachers taking long-term roles will follow full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking, unless otherwise agreed with the school.
  • Cover Supervisors will lead classes using pre-prepared materials and receive full guidance, even if this is their first school-based role.

About you

What We’re Looking For:

  • Teachers (Qualified Teacher or equivalent, including overseas-trained teachers), unqualified educators or graduates seeking classroom experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge and confidence managing classrooms.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm to work across varied school environments.
  • ECTs are also welcome to apply.
  • Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
