Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) or in Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP)? Supply Desk is seeking dedicated teachers (Qualified Teachers or equivalent including overseas-trained teachers), unqualified educators, teaching assistants and behaviour mentors to join schools across Buckinghamshire.

About the role

We're recruiting for roles in both primary and secondary SEN, PRU and ARP settings, where you'll:

  • Deliver or support differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, including pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and other complex needs.
  • Build positive relationships with students, promoting confidence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and support teams to implement effective strategies.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports emotional regulation and routine.

You’ll be supported by established school behaviour teams, clear escalation processes and consistent staff ratios to help keep everyone safe.

About you

What We’re Looking For:

  • Teachers (Qualified Teacher or equivalent including overseas-trained teachers), unqualified educators or support staff with a passion for inclusion.
  • Experience in SEN, PRU, ARP or behavioural support (desirable).
  • Resilience, empathy and strong communication skills.
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to apply).
