About the role

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an Aspiring Teaching Assistant or Unqualified Teacher, we will help you gain invaluable classroom experience and grow into a confident, successful educator.

About you

Who We Are Looking For:

  • ECTs eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their teaching confidence. Suitable long-term roles may support induction where agreed by the school.
  • Aspiring Teaching Assistants or Unqualified Teachers seeking to enter the profession. You will support pupils 1:1, in small groups or alongside the class teacher, with full guidance provided if this is your first role in education.
  • Passionate, motivated individuals committed to helping students succeed.
  • Strong communicators who can adapt to diverse classroom environments.
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
