About you
Who We Are Looking For:
- ECTs eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their teaching confidence. Suitable long-term roles may support induction where agreed by the school.
- Aspiring Teaching Assistants or Unqualified Teachers seeking to enter the profession. You will support pupils 1:1, in small groups or alongside the class teacher, with full guidance provided if this is your first role in education.
- Passionate, motivated individuals committed to helping students succeed.
- Strong communicators who can adapt to diverse classroom environments.
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
