As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage and supervise staff, deliver statutory social work services, and promote child safety and wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced social worker to join one of our newly created Locality Hubs. In addition to the salary, you will receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective service delivery. Key tasks include promoting child safety, supervising staff, managing team duties, and delivering statutory and early help services.
We seek a dedicated, compassionate individual with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social work. Requirements include a recognized social work qualification, active SWE registration, substantial experience with vulnerable children, and a commitment to child safety.
