Our Caretaker/Maintenance Manager will be primarily responsible for:

  • Premises Management and Maintenance
  • Health & Safety Compliance, Security
  • Grounds and Environment
  • Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and Site related record keeping

Ensure the school buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard of repair and appearance. Manage school waste and recycling. Ensure appropriate COSHH procedures are followed and substances are stored safely.
