Our Caretaker/Maintenance Manager will be primarily responsible for:
- Premises Management and Maintenance
- Health & Safety Compliance, Security
- Grounds and Environment
- Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and Site related record keeping
Ensure the school buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard of repair and appearance. Manage school waste and recycling. Ensure appropriate COSHH procedures are followed and substances are stored safely.
