Job Salary: Bucks Pay range 1, £23,996- £24,950 FTE (Actual salary £17,435 - £18,128) Plus an additional honorarium payment of £2,000 per annum for the role of Room Leader

Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, 8 weeks per year (term time only)

About you: Successful applicants must:

  • Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Be full of positive drive, energy and initiative.
  • Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centered indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence.
  • Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are underachieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
  • Be a positive role model for all pupils.
  • Have a relevant Level 3 qualification.
