As one of our Assistant Headteachers, you will play a key role in working with the Leadership Team to champion our children with SEND in the mainstream and children in The Nest. The school is a great place to work, the Juniper Team are kind, caring and supportive of each other. We care about your wellbeing and will be considerate of your workload. Training and professional development are highly valued at Juniper. You will benefit from all the training opportunities we provide, especially in the area of SEMH.

About you

This role would be perfect if you are ambitious and looking for your next steps in leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, staff and external professionals and the skills to influence change. It would be beneficial if you are already a SENDCo, and have experience of working with external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. You will be a very good classroom teacher who understands how children learn and have experience in supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs across the primary age group.
