Contract: Full-time (37 hours/ 38 weeks) Term-time only

What You\’ll Do

As a Progress Coach, you\’ll be a mentor, motivator, and advocate for students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pastoral support to 16-18-year-old Study Programme students
  • Supporting attendance, personal goal setting, achievement, and progression
  • Delivering engaging tutorial content and helping shape the tutorial programme
  • Collaborating with curriculum and support teams to ensure students receive timely, effective support
  • Working 1:1 and in groups to inspire and guide learners
