We are seeking a Programme Lead for our Pinewood provision to oversee and develop our cutting-edge Film & TV Level 4 courses. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Pinewood provision, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programmes.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Support and mentor teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance student outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders including students, parents, and industry partners to build strong relationships and promote the provision.
- Oversee Level 4 Film & TV courses run at Pinewood Studios, integrating real-world industry insights and opportunities into the curriculum to enhance students\β learning experiences and career prospects.

Training and Safeguarding
The College actively engages with the Education & Training Foundation\βs Taking Teaching Further scheme to recruit industry professionals to teach within Further Education. As industry professionals offer our students industry experience and insight we support our unqualified teachers to learn on the job. You will be given full support throughout your development to fully qualified teacher status. While in employment you would be enrolled onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. After completion you can choose to move onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. This is a great way for experienced professionals to achieve a recognised teaching qualification whilst in employment.
