We have an exciting new Business Development Manager role, to join our expanding team. If you are looking for a role to really make a difference then this is your opportunity to join a team that is committed to working with businesses to provide training solutions and establish a talent pipeline to meet their skills and people needs. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, forward-thinking individual as our Business Development Manager at Buckinghamshire College Group. The role is based at our Aylesbury campus. We are offering a competitive salary for this role. The overall requirement of the Business Development Manager is to generate revenue by providing solutions to employers' skills needs. You will establish a robust pipeline to meet ambitious targets for apprenticeships, full and part-time training courses, student placements, and business involvement in curriculum design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to meet their existing and future skills and people needs;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Buckinghamshire College Group and its education services;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets for apprenticeships, workplace qualifications and training courses;
- Work collaboratively with the curriculum areas and apprenticeship team to generate apprenticeships, industry placements, work experience and training course opportunities.
