Studio Manager role to join a growing retail / e-commerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1, £40,000. This is a great role for someone looking to work in a dynamic, creative environment. You will work closely with the brand’s Founder, as well as being involved across all business support and management for the studio – supporting a growing team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ prior experience in studio / office management / ops, ideally within start-up / scale up / SME environment.

Your role will involve:

  • Business operations for the team
  • Ensuring that the London studio and shop/showroom are well maintained, stocked and functioning well
  • Responsibility for all relevant workplace safety and security regulation and compliance
  • Supporting ongoing B Corp compliance activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all facilities queries
  • Dealing with suppliers (e.g. delivery service, cleaner) and organising servicing for company vehicles (driving licence preferred)
  • Managing recruitment and HR support as the business grows
  • Planning and coordinating team meetings and events

PA duties to support the Founder:

  • Diary management and maintaining the team calendar
  • Meeting preparation – agendas, briefing documents and presentations
  • Taking minutes at meetings and tracking actions
  • Arranging travel (flights, hotels, trains), visas and itineraries for business trips

This role requires an Office Manager / Studio Manager with excellent attention to detail, a practical, can-do approach and the ability to multitask.
