Receptionist / Team AssistantReceptionist with PA duties – £30,000 plus great benefitsReceptionist / FOH plus Team Assistant and PA duties for a rapidly-expanding development / investment company in Mayfair.This is a great role for a candidate with some reception / hospitality / administrative experience who is keen to learn from a team of PAs and help out across a young, dynamic company. You will be based Front of House in order to meet and greet clients but will also be involved in administrative / support tasks and have the opportunity to develop your role and learn from the other EAs. Your duties will include:Meeting and greeting visitors to the officeManaging 3 meeting roomsStocking up suppliesPA support to one Director to include diary managementTeam PA duties to colleagues – for example expenses, booking travel and arranging meetingsEvents research and managementTeam of 30 in great offices in Mayfair (Green Park tube) – sociable team who are inclusive and friendly, great chances to get involved across their growing business.
