Job Description
Temp to perm PA, £55,000
\\n\\nTemp to perm PA position, supporting the Head of Asset Management at this successful property investment company in the West End.
\\n\\nInitially a temporary role but with the chance to go permanent, you will be supporting the Head of Asset Management, plus some support for the wider Asset Management and ESG team. You will be involved in diary and travel management as well as supporting with reports, presentation, expenses and preparing and distributing board packs. Previous experience of minute taking is preferable.
\\n\\nIn addition to your core PA duties, you will also work with the ESG team to collate data, prepare reports and act as the main point of liaison with charity partners.
\\n\\nMust have prior PA experience, ideally at C-Suite level, as well as an interest in ESG, and used to managing multiple priorities and juggling a busy workload with good administrative and IT skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive nature. You will be joining a great team of PAs, who all support and cover for one another. Hybrid working with generally Fridays working from home.
