PA to Senior Leadership Team with some Office Management duties – busy charity – hybrid role.
This is a 6-month FTC working as PA for a busy senior leadership team of 4 people, including the General Counsel as well as supporting with Office Management duties. You will be joining an established charitable organisation in a hybrid role (3-4 days per week in office) you will be part of a vibrant, hardworking team.
Duties will include:
- Taking minutes, preparing packs for meetings
- Diary management
- Expenses and POs
- Creating presentations and correspondence
The right candidate:
The organisation are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years’ administrative experience who has a keen interest in the charity sector. A large part of the role will be assisting the General Counsel, so a legal background would be beneficial. This is an in-demand role in which you will need to be adept at juggling and prioritising. Strong communication and relationship skills are key.
