Established investment management firm in St James’s - up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits and hybrid working.
Great opportunity for a PA with at least 2 years’ prior experience required to join an established investment management company, supporting 2 Managers plus a small team, based in Mayfair St James’s. Clients are HNWIs.
You will be responsible for traditional PA duties, including:
- Diary and meeting management
- UK and international travel
- Inbox management
- General administrative support
- Specific administrative duties relating to clients’ portfolios
A financial background and good numerical skills are preferred.
Must have excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator with strong IT skills, and have prior experience anticipating and responding to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, be happy to pitch in where needed and be discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus, private health, life insurance and hybrid working (4 days in the office per week).
