Office Manager – tech consultancy in Farringdon
£35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits
This is a busy Office Management role, overseeing day to day office operations for a tech consultancy whose London HQ fluctuates between 50 - 100 people. You will be joining a dynamic, friendly and hardworking team and be the ‘go-to’ person for your colleagues in the office. Your role will be broad and varied; this role will suit a candidate who is happy troubleshooting, a real problem-solver who is cheerful and will build great relationships across the team plus externally (building management, suppliers, etc.). Beautifully refurbished office with hot-desking across the team; light and modern – 6 meeting rooms plus roof terrace and large kitchen / social space.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Day-to-day responsibility for the running of the London office, ensuring it is functioning well and an enjoyable place to be
- Coordinating refreshments, deliveries, supplies, post, etc.
- Monitoring office budget
- Office infrastructure and setup, IT troubleshooting
- Assisting team with organising events
- Lots of additional ad-hoc projects as part of a supportive, friendly Operations team
This role is permanent, full-time and office-based in Farringdon Monday-Friday. Up to £40,000 plus great benefits including profit share, L&D allowance, private healthcare.
