EA for Founder-level support role within a growing retail / ecommerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ prior EA experience at Founder or Director level within start-up / scale-up / SME environment.

This is a great role for someone looking to work closely with your principal as well as being involved across all business operations / support – growing team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.

  • All PA / EA duties;
  • Planning events and international travel
  • Meetings and diary management
  • Correspondence and gatekeeping
  • Meeting notes and actions

All in order to stay one step ahead of your boss in order to ensure that they can focus on their growing brand!

Your role will also work across:

  • Business operations for the team
  • Recruitment and HR support as the business grows
  • Ensuring that the London office is stocked and functioning well
  • Strategic support as a sounding board for the senior team
