This is a new role joining a successful, growth-focused, international finance firm in Mayfair. You will be a stand-alone Front of House Manager / Receptionist based front of house in stunning Mayfair offices with 4 meeting rooms.

- \\n\\t
- Five star meet and greet to VIP visitors and clients as well as taking on PA duties – must be tech-savvy in order to ensure all IT is working for international video calls and Board meetings.
- PA: assisting the wider team with meetings and travel, managing room and desk bookings, assisting overseas colleagues when they visit the London HQ.
- Office / facilities management in order to keep high spec, newly refurbished offices looking fantastic.
- You will need excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset; excellent attention to detail is essential.

Must have 5+ years’ experience in FOH Reception in boutique finance / family office / or similar.
\\n\\n
£45,000+ and great benefits including pension, discretionary bonus, dental, medical and lots of team socials / lunches / etc. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.
