EA for Founder-level support role within a growing retail / ecommerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ prior EA experience at Founder or Director level within start-up / scale-up / SME environment.
This is a great role for someone looking to work closely with your principal as well as being involved across all business operations / support – growing team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.
All PA / EA duties:
- Planning events and international travel
- Meetings and diary management
- Correspondence and gatekeeping
- Meeting notes and actions
- All in order to stay one step ahead of your boss in order to ensure that they can focus on their growing brand!
Your role will also work across:
- Business operations for the team
- Recruitment and HR support as the business grows
- Ensuring that the London office is stocked and functioning well
- Strategic support as a sounding board for the senior team
