The predicted salary is between 32000 - 48000 £ per year.
Experienced EA / PA required for 6 month FTC to start in March. This is an involved role to work for a small, senior team with a People and Culture focus – based within a charity / social enterprise setting.
You will join a vibrant organisation whose focus is health and wellbeing – c. 100 staff in London office with the option to work from home 50% of the time. Full handover with outgoing PA and this is a 6 month FTC with the opportunity to be extended. Duties will involve:
– Proactive calendar and diary and inbox management
– Booking events and off-sites for the senior team including international travel
– Supporting with Board / meeting packs including research, collation and proof-reading
– Taking minutes
– Project support and research
This a great role for someone keen to develop their PA / EA experience in the non-profit sector. Previous experience at Senior Leadership team / Director level is essential as you will have a great deal of responsibility and also be involved in project work across the organisation.
