EA to CEO at successful asset manager in the West End β Β£55,000 β 9 month maternity cover
Enthusiastic and capable EA required to support a busy CEO of this successful asset management company, based in the West End (close to Covent Garden). The CEO is an experienced, likeable finance professional who needs an EA who cares about his time and will look after his interests as well as trying to stay one step ahead to ensure that each day runs smoothly.
This is a 1:1 role supporting with inbox and diary management β the right EA will be quick, thorough and accurate as you will need to keep up with the CEOβs busy day and changing priorities. The role will involve booking domestic and international travel, arranging visas, preparing your boss for meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations, as well as supporting with some personal duties for the CEO and his family.
The EA will work in a firm of successful asset managers (60 people in London) with a growing portfolio and a focus on real estate / property across the UK; this is a PLC with lots of scope for the right EA to get involved across the business. xwzovoh
9 month maternity cover FTC to start in May, with a good handover from the current EA.
Hours are 9am β 5:30pm β this is primarily an office-based role with some flexibility to WFH when the CEO is travelling.
Β£55,000 plus good pension β plus you will be eligible for a completion bonus at the end of the FTC.
