EA to CEO with office support – £55 – 65,000 plus bonus, pension, medical, dental and 25 days’ holiday
EA role for growing social enterprise with charitable status; this is an international organisation whose focus is health and welfare in around 14 locations globally (90 staff in total).
You will be supporting their CEO with all business-related duties including arranging extensive international travel; the role also involves line management of other EAs within the business as well as resource planning (e.g. temporary cover).
The CEO travels extensively and really appreciates the support that she gets from her EA – you will party to how the organisation is run and work across the London team (of 50) so must have solid EA experience ideally in a small-medium organisation and / or a start-up environment. General Operations support across the organisation and working on high-profile international events as well as liaison extensively with international (satellite) offices as the key support for the London HQ.
Experience line managing others and leading a team is essential as is EA experience at a senior level.
Interviews to take place in early January.
