EA role for growing social enterprise with charitable status; this is an international organisation whose focus is health and the environment in around 12 locations globally (c. 60 people in London HQ / 100 globally).

Confident and proactive EA needed to support 2 busy Directors at this well-funded organisation at an exciting time of growth. You will be used to managing multiple diaries and juggling requests, as well as have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Your Directors are in-demand, so must have the confidence to gatekeep and manage requests for their time, ask the right questions and build strong relationships with a diverse range of colleagues across the business.

5+ years’ EA / PA experience, ideally in a small-medium and international environment – you will be organising international travel itineraries with busy meeting schedules so prior experience with this would be very beneficial.

This opportunity will suit a highly organised, trustworthy and efficient PA with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Must be organised, proactive and able to use initiative as well as be happy juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a busy and involved role, working for a fantastic NFP organisation.Β 

Great offices in SE1 – Β£50,000 plus very good benefits / hybrid role 2-3 days per week in the office
