This Data Manager position is a new role working for a growing, international non-profit whose focuses include membership, ethical trade and financial services. The organisation has a great London office of around 35 staff with hybrid working and benefits including private medical and discretionary bonus.
You will work across all areas of their organisation’s data at a senior level and will liaise across all teams (including comms, marketing, compliance) – also communicating with senior stakeholders in their external client base.
Projects will include:
- Setting a data strategy alongside the CEO and CFO
- Working across current data streams to protect and streamline existing data
- IT modelling and analysis, CRM and audit
- Communication with stakeholders and members
- Data analytics and working towards monetising key information
You will recruit and manage one coordinator and work across all other teams in the organisation – it is a collaborative, international environment of hardworking staff; they have grown in the past few years and continue to do so hence this new role of Data Manager is a key one for them.
Excellent communication skills as well as proven experience in data management and data analysis are key; ideally from an SME, commodities or financial services environment. Strong IT experience (SQL, Oracle, MS Power BI) as well as the ability to analyse and then present data meaningfully to the rest of the organisation and external clients.
