Buckingham Swimming Pools Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team. As one of the UK's leading swimming pool specialists, we design, build, service and maintain high-quality residential and commercial swimming pools across the country. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to support the commissioning and handover of our projects.

The Role

  • Commissioning and testing of swimming pool and spa plant systems
  • Setting up and optimising filtration, circulation, heating and chemical dosing systems
  • Diagnosing and resolving commissioning and operational issues
  • Carrying out system performance testing and fault-finding
  • Completing commissioning documentation and reports
  • Supporting project handovers and providing client training where required
  • Liaising with project managers, installation teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a commissioning, service, maintenance or installation role within the swimming pool industry or a related mechanical/electrical engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of pool plant operation, including filtration, heating and chemical dosing systems
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Knowledge of automatic pool covers, control systems and electrical installations would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Location

Ideally located within Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Berkshire, with flexibility to travel to sites as required.
