Buckingham Futures are Recruiting for a Housing Strategy Project Manager for our client in Northwest London.

Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement, monitor and review strategies and policies for the Housing department in support of corporate, community and regional objectives; these will be integrated, evidence-based and effective and meet the authority’s statutory obligations.
• To achieve effective housing strategy and policy-related consultation, communications and publicity to key housing stakeholders.
• To be responsible for examining new legislation, regulations and good practice relating to the housing service, briefing senior managers and members on the implications and options for service development.
