Buckingham Futures is seeking a Housing Enforcement Officer for West Northamptonshire to improve private sector housing standards. You will investigate disrepair, inspect properties and enforce housing legislation, working with landlords, tenants and partner organisations to ensure homes are safe, well managed and compliant.
You will tackle rogue landlords, unlicensed HMOs, overcrowding and unlawful eviction, using enforcement powers, serving notices, and preparing cases for prosecution.
