Looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Manager to lead and shape the Council’s Housing & Renters Rights regulatory and enforcement functions. This pivotal role will oversee key service areas including HMO Licensing and Private Sector Housing Enforcement.

You will use the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and relevant legislative powers to drive improvements in the private rented sector, including House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licensing and enforcement.

You will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering outcomes that align with corporate priorities.
