Buckingham Futures are recruiting a Private Sector Housing Officer for our client in the East of England on a 6‑month contract (umbrella rate circa £50/hour). You will manage a varied caseload focusing on housing compliance, enforcement and disrepair, combining site inspections, investigations and robust case management to protect tenants and improve standards.

Experience with HHSRS, Decent Homes and licensing is preferred, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with partners.
