Role Overview:
- Lead delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants (a comprehensive and current knowledge of the process is essential).
- Investigate and manage housing condition complaints in the private sector.
- Conduct Housing Health and Safety Rating System assessments and carry out enforcement where necessary.
- Work closely with contractors, partner agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality housing services.
- Contribute to wider private sector housing responsibilities as required.
