Our dynamic Student Services Team is dedicated to supporting students through various challenges, including:

  • Financial issues
  • Accommodation concerns
  • Course-related matters

We also address critical topics such as:

  • Safeguarding & Prevent
  • Confidential matters
  • Sexual health

As a Student Support Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver financial, health, and welfare services to students.
  • Process applications for financial support, manage payments, and refer students to external agencies.
  • Actively take part with the Student Engagement Team
  • Provide advice and support on personal matters.
