Do you have Construction industry experience? Are you looking to change careers and train the future generation of Construction workers? We are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated individual to join Buckinghamshire College Group as a Lecturer Multi-Skills - Constructions. Based at our Aylesbury campus, this role is full time working 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will:
- Specialise in a trade and competent in others.
- Promote high levels of student ambition leading to positive progression.
- Plan and develop highly effective teaching in subjects' areas required.
- Contribute to the colleges pursuit of excellence by delivering high quality teaching.
- Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups and individual students, ensuring they are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
