Overview

Our global banking client is looking for a CRO Assistant Manager to join their Customer Engagement team. This role is focused on optimising the digital customer experience through data-driven insights, experimentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer interactions across digital channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to enhance user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes while ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Track, measure, and report test results, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
