Associate Director – Corporate Finance Headhunter
We are seeking a Transaction Execution Director to join our client’s expanding debt fund. This is a pivotal role, leading complex cash flow lending transactions from term signing to drawdown, ensuring compliance with internal policies and overseeing all transaction-related activities.
Role Overview
As Transaction Execution Director, you will act as the deal lead, managing commercial, risk, and legal negotiations while proactively driving timelines for successful execution. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing Associate Directors within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial transactions from approval to drawdown.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, managing external legal and diligence teams.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and credit verification.
- Prepare Investment Committee memos and ensure policy compliance.
- Oversee legal, security, KYC, and loan completion processes.
