Our client, a top investment manager, is looking for a highly analytical and proactive finance professional to join their Structured Finance team. This hybrid role provides exposure to structured finance, project finance, and energy infrastructure transactions, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 6-8 live transactions, overseeing debt financing, portfolio monitoring, and covenant testing.
- Engage directly with borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders to drive deal execution.
- Analyse complex financial models, cash flows, and credit risks across structured and project finance.
- Support legal documentation reviews and ensure compliance with financial agreements.
- Expand transaction coverage across energy infrastructure and European markets over time.
