In this role, you will combine commercial expertise with deep sector knowledge to help charities, social enterprises, and mission-led organisations secure loans ranging from £1 million to £10+ million, ensuring every opportunity maximises social and environmental benefit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure high-value lending opportunities, with a primary focus on healthcare providers, residential care, and supported living.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, boards, and professional advisors.
  • Lead financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment for complex healthcare-backed loans.
  • Support onboarding, loan monitoring, and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Ensure all lending demonstrates measurable social and environmental impact, particularly in health and care outcomes.
  • Represent the organisation externally at sector events and with public sector and healthcare stakeholders.
