- Producing portfolio reporting and supporting Credit Committee decisions.
We're looking to speak with candidates who have
- 4+ years' experience within Portfolio Management, Loan Servicing or Asset Management in a real estate lending environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK property finance, bridging or specialist lending.
- Experience managing live loan portfolios and supporting borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to assess risk, challenge where appropriate and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
