- We're looking for an experienced
Implementation Manager to lead software implementation projects for enterprise clients and financial institution partners across the EMEA region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, working with customers, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver successful Saa S implementations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through to go-live.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Configure the platform to meet customer requirements and support testing and deployment activities.
- Communicate project progress clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation and process workflows.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in implementation, project delivery, or a similar client-facing Saa S role.
- Experience managing software implementation projects, ideally involving enterprise customers or financial services.
- Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity, with confidence working alongside engineering teams (training on the platform will be provided).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English plus an additional European language is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%).
