We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech business looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead strategy, execution, and innovation across a complex payments and finance platform.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and commercial growth — equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive delivery.

We’re looking for a product leader who is:

  • Deeply technical and commercially minded
  • Experienced leading high-performing product teams

  • Strong across stakeholder management, roadmap ownership, and execution

You’ll lead the product function end-to-end, working closely with engineering, operations, treasury, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions.

  • ERP and enterprise integrations
  • Workflow automation & operational optimisation

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in product leadership within fintech, payments, or financial platforms
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology products at scale
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and operational workflows
  • Track record building teams, establishing product discipline, and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at executive level and represent the business externally
