An exciting opportunity to join the Development Finance team at our Challenger Bank client. This role is ideal for someone with experience in development finance, credit operations or loan administration who enjoys working in a detail-focused, control-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing valuation, legal and monitoring surveyor reports
  • Supporting loan completions and in-life loan changes
  • Conducting AML/KYC and operational control checks
  • Ensuring transactions align with credit sanction and policy
  • Managing documentation, customer records and compliance processes
  • Working closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio teams, Risk & Compliance and Credit Operations
