I'm working with a leading independent advisory firm that is looking to add an Associate/Senior Associate to its growing Debt Advisory team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years' experience in debt advisory, corporate lending or infrastructure finance who wants broader transaction exposure and a clear path for progression. The team advises sponsors, corporates and developers across a diverse range of real asset sectors including infrastructure, energy, transport and essential services.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the execution of debt advisory mandates from origination through to close
- Financial modelling, transaction analysis and debt structuring
- Preparation of information memoranda and client presentations
- Supporting lender engagement across banks, institutional investors and private credit funds
- Contributing to business development and new client pitches
