What You'll Be Doing
- Recruitment Administration
- Supporting the delivery of recruitment assignments across the Real Estate sector
- Managing candidate records and maintaining our recruitment database
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Preparing candidate profiles, CV submissions, and recruitment documentation
- Assisting with compliance and reference checks
- Supporting marketing initiatives and job advertising campaigns
Junior Consultant Responsibilities
- Researching real estate companies and identifying prospective candidates
- Sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Conducting initial candidate conversations and screening interviews
- Building relationships with candidates across the property and real estate market
- Assisting consultants with retained search and contingency recruitment assignments
- Developing an understanding of the real estate industry and recruitment process
