We are seeking an experienced, ethical, and purpose-driven Relationship Manager to support organisations delivering meaningful social impact, with a strong focus on healthcare and supported living. In this role, you will combine commercial expertise with deep sector knowledge to help charities, social enterprises, and mission-led organisations secure loans ranging from £1 million to £10+ million, ensuring every opportunity maximises social and environmental benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and structure high-value lending opportunities, with a primary focus on healthcare providers, residential care, and supported living.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, boards, and professional advisors.
- Lead financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment for complex healthcare-backed loans.
- Support onboarding, loan monitoring, and ongoing portfolio management.
- Ensure all lending demonstrates measurable social and environmental impact, particularly in health and care outcomes.
- Represent the organisation externally at sector events and with public sector and healthcare stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- Solid experience in structured property, development finance, or healthcare-backed lending.
- Proven success in originating, structuring, and completing loans to mission-led healthcare or care-focused organisations.
- Strong credit, financial modelling, and risk analysis skills.
