Our client provides dependable long-term Development Finance from £1m-£30m designed with SME housebuilders in mind.

Duties and responsibilities

• Supporting a Relationship Director on both existing and new client business matters.
• Preparation of credit papers for amendments to existing deals plus the opportunity to help with new proposals;
• Completion of new Facility documentation once deals are approved;
• Liaison with clients;
• Liaison with professionals including legal, valuation and construction monitoring for completing the due diligence on new transactions and the review of all professional reports;
• General administrative tasks and the regular update of Loan management systems;
• Completion of internal due diligence on new facilities, including FCI and connected exposure checks;
• Handling monthly development drawdowns requests;
• Supporting the Relationship Director on monthly/quarterly loan reviews with Credit Committee;
