An exciting opportunity has become available at a lower-mid-market PE firm based in London.
The role is a newly created position in their Portfolio Management function where they manage the clients who need additional advice and support. The Portfolio Director manages between 4-8 portfolio clients with a mandate to help them realign their business and strategy to make more profit and look for a sale or exit.
We are looking for an individual with substantial restructuring and interpersonal skills who can work closely with founders to make difficult decisions that are the best for the company in the short, medium and long term. Someone who has worked in restructuring in an advisory firm would be considered, but they would need to have worked in a Portfolio role at a PE firm.
Candidates will need 5-10 years Portfolio Management experience for a PE firm in the UK to be considered.
The role is preferred to be based in London, but they would consider candidates in Birmingham or Manchester.
The comp is £160,000 – £200,000 + generous bonus and carry
